ROCKY TOP HVAC ACTUALLY DELIVERS!

I’m always impressed with the skill level of all the Rocky Top HVAC technical personnel. After having a new Wi-Fi networking system installed our Honeywell modems stopped working. We called Rocky Top and they immediately dispatched a technician who diagnosed the problem, obtain new Honeywell units under warranty (the new units did not cost us any money), re-programmed the units and made sure I was able to control the thermostats from my iPhone before leaving to go on his next call.

Rocky Top HVAC promises excellent customer service, but unlike many other contractors, Rocky Top HVAC actually delivers!

ROCKY TOP HVAC HAS A 24-HOUR SERVICE, AND THEY GOT OUT THERE IMMEDIATELY.

This was not my first time using Rocky Top HVAC. A while ago, I was on vacation in Florida, and my mom went home early. When she got there, there was no heat. Rocky Top HVAC has a 24-hour service, and they got out there immediately. This year they put a new HVAC in my house. They are wonderful. The technicians are polite and friendly, and they arrive on time. They always schedule my maintenance and are very timely in performing it. Rocky Top HVAC quickly responds to your needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

THE TECHNICIAN THEN DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR WITHIN 1-1/2 HOURS.

I had a brand new cooler on my Food Truck lose the temperature control two days away from our debut event. I called RTA after dialing several companies who stated they ‘only do residential work’. RTA had a Technician arrive to do the repair 45 minutes earlier than the appointment time. The technician then diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and completed the repair within 1-1/2 hours…. even waited around to ensure proper cooling of the newly repaired fridge! They are the ones I’ll call next time for sure.

THROUGH IT ALL, HE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY HOUSE, WEARING SHOE COVERS TO KEEP MY CARPET CLEAN, ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS, AND EXPLAINING WHAT HE FOUND.

I called Rocky Top after another company had failed to determine why my A/C quit. (They checked the outside unit and said the compressor was going bad.) Manny arrived, checked the outside unit and the inside unit located in the attic. He found the overflow pan was full causing the unit to stop. After many trips up and down the stairs, he cleared the drain pipe and the unit works fine. Through it all, he was respectful of my house, wearing shoe covers to keep my carpet clean, answering my questions, and explaining what he found. I will have to purchase a new unit within the next year due to the age of the existing on and Rocky Top will be the company I call!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROCKY TOP AND HAVE.

Rocky Top has installed a Daikin mine split for our sunroom and a dual fuel Daikin for the house. Both were installed professionally and by qualified techs. They cleaned up after and gave instruction on the operation and maintenance of the new systems. We had a annual service call on the mini split system two weeks ago and they did an excellent job. The tech even flushed out the drain pipe and added anti mold tablets to help prevent excessive buildup in the future. I’ve had maintenance service calls with other company’s but they never checked the condensate drains. I would highly recommend Rocky Top and have.

THE TECH THAT CAME TO REPLACE A FAILED FAN MOTOR ALSO FIXED MY AUXILIARY HEAT ISSUE THAT HAD PLAGUED ME SINCE MY NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED BY ANOTHER COMPANY.

If I can say one thing about Rocky Top HVAC, it would be that I trust their employees so much. I would feel comfortable leaving my teenager in the house and have no concern leaving while they’re there.

I’ve been a customer since 2012 and they’ve been out several times. The most recent visit they worked with me to fix some wiring from the control unit to the actual H rack. The tech worked with me to find a solution. He recommended a full wire replacement but I was interested in simply changing the faulty wires. So instead of forcing me to purchase a full replacement, he got the job done in a way that worked for the both of us: cost effective for me while safety was his concern.

I’ll also say they’re not the cheapest in the area but definitely the best value. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable contractor to do quality HVAC work.

ROCKY TOP HVAC IS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY.

Rocky Top HVAC is excellent in every way. Their maintenance program is a great way for me to be able to ‘forget’ about my heat and air. And because of having the program their response rate is fantastic – even on Easter Sunday! They always show up at the time that they say they will; the cost is always clear (and reasonable). Their technicians are friendly and helpful (and always put on foot coverings before coming into the house). Thanks Rocky Top for taking care of everything.

IF I COULD GIVE ROCKY TOP HVAC A 6, THEY WOULD BE A 6 BECAUSE THEY’RE THE BEST!

If I could give Rocky Top HVAC a 6, they would be a 6 because they’re the best! First of all, they have done a lot of for me. I bought a house and it had some issues with the ductwork going out of the furnace. Rocky Top HVAC came out and did a great job on that. Later, they told me they could fix the old system for a couple thousand dollars, but I would still have the old system, or I could put in a new system, which would be a little more expensive, but I wouldn’t have to worry about it breaking, and it would have warranties with it. After they installed the new unit, I also had a new, energy efficient water heater put in, and I had new insulation put in too. With those three improvements, I’m saving about 25 percent on kilowatt usage per month, so it’s paying for itself.
