HVAC/Refrigeration Technician

Job Summary: The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance services on a variety of HVAC equipment, including but not limited to commercial refrigerators, air conditioning systems, heating units, heat pumps, electric motors, hermetic compressors, boilers, commercial furnaces, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers.

Job Type: Full-time

Required Education: High school or equivalent

Required Experience: Four (4) years in HVAC service

Required Licenses or Certifications: Driver’s license; EPA certification

A Successful HVAC/Refrigeration Technician Will Have:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Good customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A “self-starter” attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision
• Responsible for the daily preparation of the parts and tools for each day’s activities

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Roof access and the ability to climb a ladder
• Minimum four years of experience
• Must supply own hand tools to perform job duties
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• EPA certification
• Verifiable references and work history

HVAC Installer

Job Summary: We’re looking for a qualified HVAC Installer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of relevant HVAC experience, including experience working on a variety of HVAC equipment. HVAC Installers are responsible for correctly installing all types of commercial HVAC systems. See below for more information.

Location: Knoxville, TN

A Successful HVAC Installer Will Have Experience Installing:

• Forced-air furnaces
• Heat Pumps
• Air conditioners
• Zoning
• Mini-split systems
• Wall heaters
• Floor heaters
• Commercial package units

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years minimum residential/commercial heating and AC installation experience
• Must have own basic installer hand and power tools
• Clean DMV record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to pass background check and drug Screen
• Team player; able to take direction and willing to learn
